All our training is supported by the validated Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessment, the SEI. Reports include: the Leadership Report, the Development Report and a Leadership 360 Report. Together with the Brain Brief and Brain Talent Profiles, individuals gain greater insight as to their strengths and challenges as well as how their EQ competencies impact their success barometers and leadership skills. Understanding oneself is the key to self development and growth as well as to understanding others.
These tests are also becoming an essential part of the recruitment process.
