His diverse client list includes large professional services firms, IT companies, national sports teams and individual athletes. He is a former international athlete himself and competed for Great Britain at the World Championships as a triathlete.

Informal yet outcome-focused, Chris aims to move individuals and companies towards achievable goals. Clients discover an optimal level of performance that’s both sustainable and doesn’t neglect the core assets of energy and health.

As well as presenting lectures, guest speaking and coaching at all levels of business in the UK, Europe and the US, Chris maintains a steady client base for Momentum4’s L&D workshops. His areas of business expertise include:
