Daphne holds BA and MBA degrees from Rice University. She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Advanced Trainer, Employee Engagement Consultant, Transformational and MBTI Coach, and is authorized by the Benson Henry Institute of Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, to provide its Resiliency Program. She is a Six Seconds Preferred Partner, a Founding Member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and is a member of several boards, including the Harvard Business Review Advisory Board.
