Solution:In collaboration with Dynamic Learning, a Six Seconds preferred Partner, the team implemented a six-month learning and coaching intervention.

At one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, a Key Accounts Team had been established to act as a central point of contact for key internal and external decision makers. However, a lack of clarity on the team’s purpose and direction led to an unfavourable perception of the KAT throughout the company. Consequently, the lack of acknowledgement and recognition from the rest of the company impacted the team’s quality of work and led to a loss of trust, confidence and morale.
